Booking Information
When a reservation request is received the dates are immediately checked against the calendar and with the management company.
Once we are sure everything is fine we will request a deposit of $200 to secure your reservation, which comes off the balance of the vacation rental. If the reservation date is less than 8 weeks away we will need to take full payment in order to secure your rental.
On approaching the point where it's 8 weeks before you are due to arrive at the vacation home we will request the balance of your payment and information will be emailed to you regarding your reservation. We must receive the balance when requested to ensure there are no problems on the run up to your arrival.
Any last minute updates (including changes to the door code) will be communicated to you prior to your arrival.
