Vacation home details

First, we would like to welcome you to our home. We really love sharing our home with guests from all over the world. We take great pride in trying to provide you everything that you need for a delightful stay.

Please keep in mind this is a family owned home. We have two young children and know how wonderful it is to be surrounded by the magic of Disney. Everything in the vacation home is to ensure you and your family have a great vacation so please take a few minutes prior to departure to ensure that everything you enjoyed in the home is available for the next guest or our family.

Special Notes

    1. Home's Phone Number and address will be given out only after final payment has been received
    2. Trash Pick-Up Mondays and Thursdays, you will need to put the trash can out and bring it back after it has been emptied
    3. Pool Care Typically Saturday mornings (This is subject to change without notice)
    4. Lawn Care occurs once a week but varies which day
    5. There are alarms on all windows and doors that open onto the pool area. These are for the safety of young children. Do not attempt to turn them off. The state fine for tampering with door alarms is $5000
    6. Manuals for all electronics and appliances can be found in the drawer by the sink
    7. Owners Manual can be found on the Breakfast Bar
    8. Do not re-arrange the electronics in the house. You will be charged by the management company a replacement fee and/or a hook up fee to reconnect the electronics in the proper order. Many have to be hooked up in a certain order to insure proper use
    9. Do not remove any linens from the home. We want to ensure they are available to the next guest or our family

A bit of information

We had our home built in May 2006 and furnished to the highest standard in a brand new development of luxury properties on West Stonebridge, which is a fairly new community situated only 14 miles from Disney. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and around 2,250 square feet of living space. There are two Master Suites, one of them has a King bed and the other has a Queen bed. The other two bedrooms have twin beds which are perfect for younger ones and there is a pull out bed in the lounge should anyone need it. A formal dinning area that currently seats seats 6 people can be extended if required to seat 10, the family room is both supportive and comfortable and the full kitchen even has a breakfast nook.



A home from home

The villa has central air conditioning for your comfort, three cable TV's with DVD players and a large screen enclosed lanai area that leads to the heated pool and spa combination. The villa has exquisite furnishings and is great for a large family, two families or that special vacation with the grandparents, since both couples get their own suite. After a fun day at the theme parks you can relax in your own heated private pool & spa, central air conditioned and professionally decorated vacation home instead of a cramped uninteresting hotel room. Mind you, the shops, malls, restaurants of Kissimmee's route 192 are literally minutes away so you're never far from anything. Golfers will love this location too as Championsgate Golf Resort and Highlands Reserve Golf Club, which are two of the most popular courses in the area, are both within 4 miles of our villa.

In addition the property boasts many upgrades including tiles throughout, carpeted bedrooms and a heated swimming pool with spa to name a few. The two master bedrooms both have full en-suite facilities and the principal master bedroom has its own sliding glass doors right out to the pool area.

Location location location

We are located just off Highway 27, around 4 miles North of the I4/Hwy27 junction point, in a town called Davenport, which is slightly South-West of Orlando and perfectly situated for easy access to all Disney parks. Everything is accessible within 15 minutes, even the main shopping strip 'International Drive', many Championship Golf Courses, Restaurants, more shops and of course all the Major Attractions. Orlando International and Sanford Airports are 45 and 55 minutes away respectufully. Cocoa Beach and Tampa Bay take around an hour and a half to reach, Cocoa Beach being the preferred viewing area for NASA take-offs from JFK. How to get here >
